At the end of September, Anita Kuliś attended the REMEDy 2023 conference on site remediation and related water and ground investigations. Interesting thematic blocks, interesting speakers, fantastic organisation and atmosphere. Anita listened, presented, answered and discussed. Anita Kuliś from Sotis Advisors gave a presentation: Environmental studies for large-scale nuclear power plants and SMRs in Poland ˗ similarities, differences and challenges. Among other things, she presented key challenges for large and small-scale nuclear power projects, discussed issues related to the delimitation of necessary environmental studies, and touched on the interdependence of siting and environmental studies.
