Sotis Advisors will be founded by experienced consultants who have worked for many years in managerial and directorial positions in large consulting companies: Jacobs Polska and PwC. “We met 10 years ago. Together with a team of excellent specialists from the USA, we worked on an extremely demanding energy project. These were difficult two years, during which we learned a lot, and working together resulted in trust and friendship. In September 2020, we founded Sotis Advisors” – they recount. Sotis Advisors also has a wealth of experience working in public administration, so that our consultants, with their different perspectives, can advise more effectively, develop better products that our clients, national and international, appreciate. Our company is changing and adapting to the fast-changing needs of the market. We carry out challenging tasks, looking for out-of-the-box solutions, working with investors, administrations and investment banks. We are responsible for documentation for the EIA process, feasibility studies and applications, climate analyses, DNSH, documents for banks: gap analyses, ESDD, ESAP, SEP, CHMP, ESMMP, NTS, LRF, LRP and many others. In this last area, we have found it particularly valuable to work with world-class social expert Frederic Giovannetti.

For over 20 years, Anita has been implementing infrastructural projects in the field of energy, including nuclear energy, mining of raw materials, transport, water and sewage management, flood protection and industrial projects. She is proficient in the requirements for projects co-financed from EU Funds, as well as international financial institutions (Equator Principles and IFC Standards). Working as an expert for the JASPERS initiative, EIB, World Bank, and EBRD, she has verified the documentation for financing for over 70 large projects (over EUR 50 million each).
Maciej Januszewski

Maciek has over 20 years of experience in project management, environmental consulting, and infrastructure development. He has worked on more than 300 large projects in areas such as roads, railways, aviation, and energy. Maciek holds a degree in landscape architecture and a master’s in physical geography. He is also an Executive MBA graduate and has a MoR® Foundation Certificate in Risk Management. Recently, he utilized his skills to design and implement a database for a project related to compensation for fishermen in connection with the implementation of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea. Maciek is on the board of Sotis Advisors, where he primarily responsible for administrative and financial matters.
Klaudia Drosio

Klaudia has 10 years of experience in environmental analyses carried out at different stages of projects and their different detail. She has gained experience both on the investor’s side in preparing KIPs and EIA Reports and strategic documents, as well as on the side of the General Director of Environmental Protection, giving opinions on the largest investments, Polish and with transboundary impact, and strategic documents. She cooperated in the development of strategic documents in the field of water management and in the issuing of environmental decisions for projects, mainly in the field of energy, including the first Polish nuclear power plant and transport infrastructure.
Maciej Lemiesz

Maciej is a lawyer by training, with experience in nuclear supervision. He assists us with projects related to the licensing of nuclear facilities and explaining the complexities of nuclear power regulation in Poland. He is a member of the International Nuclear Lawyers Association – INLA.
